1:1 Autism Support Session

The 1:1 Autism Support Session is designed to provide individualized guidance, support, and practical strategies based on the unique needs of the child and family. During this 60-minute session, we focus on understanding the child’s strengths, challenges, communication style, behaviors, interests, and current goals.

Each session is client-led and personalized to meet the child where they are. Support may include behavior-based strategies, play-based learning, emotional regulation support, social skills coaching, functional communication, parent guidance, and skill-building activities.

The goal of each session is to help the child build confidence, communication, independence, and positive coping skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Families will also receive practical tools and recommendations that can be used at home, school, and in the community.

This session is ideal for families seeking support with behavior, communication, social skills, routines, emotional regulation, or overall autism-related guidance.
