Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
My initial interest in psychotherapy started early on in high school when I discovered the world of psychology. Fast-forward a few years and I was picking cognitive behavioral therapy as my major at university. I find that psychotherapy has such a profound and positive impact on the psyche of any individual.
In my work, I place emphasis on client-led growth, independence, and self-discovery. I believe the client and family should be active participants in the process, with goals built around their wants, needs, strengths, and personal desires. My role is to serve as a guide, coach, and support partner by helping families better understand behavior, build skills, and create practical strategies that fit their everyday life.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Each plan is individualized and designed to support meaningful progress in a way that honors the client’s voice, preferences, and quality of life. My methods are rooted in evidence-based practices, continued learning, and compassionate support.

My methods
EXPERIENCE
Behavior therapy
In behavior therapy, the main focus is understanding the reason behind a child’s behavior and teaching positive replacement skills.
Social Emotional Therapy
In psychoanalysis, we focus on helping children understand emotions, express their feelings, cope with frustration, and interact appropriately with others.
Function Communication Training
In cognitive therapy, the focus is on learning how to express wants, needs, choices, and feelings in a clear and appropriate way instead of engaging in maladaptive behaviors.
Play Based Therapy
In play-based learning, the main focus is on using play as a natural way to teach communication, social interaction, turn-taking, problem-solving, and engagement. Play helps children feel comfortable while learning meaningful skills.
